Please join the New York City Lawyers Chapter and the New York City Young Lawyers Chapter, in conjunction with the Manhattan Institute, for a Supreme Court Preview. In our program, we will discuss the upcoming Supreme Court term. Following a blockbuster year, the justices return to the bench facing many more major cases—including those involving affirmative action, the intersection of antidiscrimination law and the First Amendment, property rights, state regulations that spill over into national markets, criminal law, and constitutional structure.
