Please join us for a panel discussion on the constitutionality of President Trump's executive orders on immigration. Professor Josh Blackman of South Texas College of Law will be joining us to argue in favor of the executive orders, while Professor Kaimi Wenger of Thomas Jefferson School of Law will be arguing against them. Professor Blackman is a constitutional law expert who has testified before Congress on the constitutionality of executive action on immigration, while Professor Wenger is a civil rights expert that has researched and written extensively on a host of civil rights topics. Our two panelists have deep respect for each other and this is sure to be a friendly, enlightening discussion.
