Should Obamacare's employer mandate - and the employer penalties which accompany that mandate - apply to Mississippi employers?

One of several cases now in federal court claims the answer is "No." On March 6, you will hear from an expert involved in that case, which will likely end up at the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that Mississippi and other states which chose not to create a state-run Obamacare exchange should not be subject to those penalties. Case Western Law School Professor Jonathan Adler will join us for a Liberty Luncheon to describe the basis for this and other cases against Obamacare.

Due to inclement weather, this event has been postponed. It will be rescheduled at a later date TBD.

Cost: $15 (lunch included)
