Professor Bonneau conducts empirical research in the field of judicial selection and authored the book In Defense Of Judicial Elections.

Professor Fitzpatrick's research on judicial selection issues includes Tennessee's recent reform movement to switch from a nominating committee to a federal-style appointment with Senate confirmation.

Mr. Tucker also serves as a Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the Oklahoma and American Bar Foundations.

Approved for 2 hours of CLE credit.
