Before entering public life, Marc Dann spent more than 10 years practicing law in both the public interest and private sectors. He was elected to the Ohio Senate in 2004, and to office of Attorney General in 2006. Mr. Dann will share his unique perspective on appropriate role of the Attorney General in matters including the representation of the executive branch in politically-charged cases, the negotiation of settlements with extraterritorial implications, and the regulation of business activity through litigation.
