The Affordable Care Act is still being challenged on a number of grounds. As its provisions take effect and new plaintiffs obtain standing to challenge it, cases are progressing in district and circuit courts throughout the country.

Professor Josh Blackman will survey the current state of challenges to the statute and analyze the prospects for those challenges.
