The Obama Administration has often played fast and loose with the Constitution. Yet, with the exception of the debates over NSA surveillance and Obamacare’s individual mandate, the mainstream media has largely ignored serious concerns about the constitutional positions taken and acted upon by the Obama Administration—even when the administration acted contrary to constitutional interpretations Obama himself enunciated as a Senator and presidential candidate.
