The revelations of Edward Snowden have caused a crisis, with accusations that the National Security Agency examines every phone call and email made by Americans. Is the NSA "connecting the dots" to prevent another 9/11 tragedy, or abusing its power? Is its program constitutional, or even desirable? Is it capable of being reformed by any administration, let alone the current one? Professor Jeremy Rabkin will discuss these important issues with us.
