Please join the Puget Sound Chapter of the Federalist Society for a discussion about the myths and realities of judicial power featuring Justice Stephen J. Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court. Justice Markman was appointed Justice in October 1999. Prior to his appointment, he served as Assistant Attorney General of the United States, responsible for federal judicial selection from 1985-89.
