The Buffalo Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society is pleased to announce that Randy E. Barnett, the Patrick Hotung Professor of Constitutional Law at the Georgetown University Law Center and the Faculty Director of the Georgetown Center for the Constitution, will appear at a luncheon event on Monday, April 11, at 12:00 p.m. at the Buffalo offices of Phillips Lytle LLP.  Lunch will be provided.
