AAG Demers graduated from Harvard Law School in 1999 and  then began his legal career in Portland as a law clerk to Judge Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain.  He later clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia.  Mr. Demers will discuss highlights of his work at the National Security Division under Presidents Trump and George W. Bush.
