Please join the Louisville Lawyers Chapter for a Supreme Court Roundup. The Supreme Court’s 2023 Term had no shortage of consequential cases touching on the administrative state, the First Amendment, the separation of powers, and more. And with its 2024 Term fast approaching, additional significant cases are already on deck. So on September 24th, join the Louisville Federalist Society for a Supreme Court Roundup luncheon and discussion featuring Judge Benjamin Beaton of the Western District of Kentucky and Athie Livas, an associate at Cooper & Kirk and former law clerk to Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Our speakers will review the major cases from the Supreme Court’s 2023 Term and preview the Court’s 2024 Term.
