Hans A. von Spakovsky was a Commissioner for two years on the Federal Election.  Prior to his appointment as a Commissioner, Mr. von Spakovsky served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he provided expertise and advice on voting and election issues, including enforcement of the Voting Rights Act and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Commissioner von Spakovsky has a wide range of experiences in election-related issues, including campaign finance reform, voter fraud, voter registration, election administration, and voting equipment standards.

 

The cost of the luncheon is $38 if paid in advance and $40 if paid at the door. Public employees, students and law clerks may pay the discounted rate of $15.
