Scott Keller is chief counsel for U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, and serves as the chief Republican counsel on the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights. Sen. Cruz is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and in that capacity reviews all federal judicial nominations. Scott will be speaking on recent issues regarding the federal judicial nominations process.
