Join us to hear Clark Neily, of the Institute for Justice, argue for the adoption of a new judicial review standard referred to as judicial engagement. According to Neily, the bigger threat to limited government is not judicial activism but rather judicial abdication wherein judges rationalize government overreach instead of enforcing constitutional limits on the power. Neily's talk will discuss recent examples of judicial abdication and how it can be remedied through adoption of judicial engagement.
