Hon. Kenneth W. Starr is a former United States Circuit Court Judge and former Solicitor General of the United States who was appointed to serve as Independent Counsel in five special investigations, including, most famously, the Whitewater investigation. Judge Starr has also served in leadership positions at several of the country's most distinguished universities, most recently serving as president, chancellor, and Chair of Constitutional Law at Baylor University. Judge Starr has argued 36 cases before the United States Supreme Court and has authored 25 publications, including the book First Among Equals: The Supreme Court in American Life.

Tickets are $10 for current members of the Federalist Society, $15 for non-members. Admission is free for students. Lunch will be served. Please RSVP by noon on March 20.
