IHC Update: Protecting Your Company from the Inside – Analyzing New Administration Policies, Opposing State AG Policies, and Internal Pressures

Event Video

Immediately after being confirmed, Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a slate of memos to Justice Department employees, signaling a major shift in enforcement policies and priorities. Many of these changes directly affect corporate America, such as policies to end DEI in the private sector, to pause enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and to limit enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registrations Act. At the same time, companies may face divergent policies from State AGs. With such a flurry of white-collar enforcement changes at the state and federal level, companies should stay on top of trends and button up their internal policies. In this webinar, our panelists will discuss the current enforcement landscape, offer other potential policy shifts, and consider how companies can prepare for these rapid changes.
