Please join the Triangle Lawyers Chapter for a conversation with Professor Mike Kent and Mike Carpenter as they cover the basics of land use regulation and how the policies that impact how housing is built are actually implemented. The housing shortage and rising home costs has been in the national news recently, and both presidential candidates made this a campaign issue during the 2024 election. In this event, the speakers will discuss the nature of the problem in North Carolina, how new housing is regulated and built, and proposed solutions.
