On March 13th, at 12 noon, in Room 403, the Federalist Society is hosting Mr. Ilya Shapiro of the Cato Institute for a discussion “High on Federalism: Marijuana’s Challenge to Federal State Relations.” Mr. Shapiro will be discussing the federalism implications of the state legalization of marijuana, against the federal government’s continued prohibition. Professor Meyerson will provide commentary. There will be a free lunch provided.
