- David B. Rivkin, Jr.
Mr. Rivkin, a frequent commenter on legal and constitutional issues, is a Partner at
Baker Hostetler LLP, Co-Chairmen of the Center for Law and Counterterrorism at
the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a Visiting Fellow at the Nixon Center,
and a Contributing Editor of the National Review magazine. Mr. Rivkin served in a
variety of legal and policy positions in the Reagan and George H. W. Bush
Administrations, including stints at the White House Counsel's office, Office of the
Vice President and the Departments of Justice and Energy.

Mr. Turley, the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at
George Washington Law School, is a frequent witness before the House and Senate
on constitutional and statutory issues. He is nationally recognized for his legal
scholarship in areas ranging from constitutional law to legal theory to tort law. Mr.
Turley was ranked as 38th in the top 100 most cited “public intellectuals” in the
recent study by Judge Richard Posner, and was also found to be the second most
cited law professor in the country.
