Spring is upon us and as the weather gets warmer, what better way to enjoy it than to meet with colleagues, law students, and fellow Federalist Society members at the April happy hour of the Federalist Society Minnesota Lawyer's Chapter?
Joining us for our April Happy Hour is Clark Niely. Mr. Neily is a Senior Attorney with the Institute for Justice and author of Terms of Engagement: How Our Courts Should Enforce the Constitution's Promise of Limited Government. Mr. Neily will discuss the importance of judicial engagement in an age where the judiciary's knee-jerk deference to other branches has resulted in an explosion in the size, cost, and intrusiveness of government.
Free appetizers and one drink ticket will be provided for all active Federalist Society members and student chapter members.
Please send RSVPs to Katelynn McBride at [email protected].
