Join the Memphis Lawyers Chapter for a presentation analyzing the modern federal judicial selection process under the administrations of George W. Bush through Joe Biden and project how the 47th President may approach it in light of the judicial vacancies data and the composition of the U.S. Senate. The presentation will also discuss how recently proposed legislation may impact the federal judiciary—including the U.S. Supreme Court.
