The Obama Administration's recent decision to trade five Taliban militants detained at Guantanamo Bay for the return of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has ignited a firestorm of controversy. But what does the Bergdahl deal tell us about the President's use of executive power? Join us for a special luncheon event with Andrew C.
