Not since Richard Nixon, has the debate over the power of the executive branch been so intense.

President Obama has used executive orders to expand his powers in every area from immigration to environmental enforcement. Hillary Clinton is also an enthusiastic supporter of executive power. Donald Trump has decried some of Obama's orders but says Obama has set a strong precedent for him to issue his own set of edicts. John Fund, former Wall Street Journal editor, political commentator and co-author of Obama's Enforcer: The Justice Department will sort out just where principled conservatives should stand on the issue of executive power and what we can expect in the future.
