Mr. Washburn graduated from Harvard Law School in 2002 and has had a diverse legal career including a clerkship with the 10th Circuit, 8 years with Department of Justice and US Attorney's office for the District of Utah.  Currently, Mr. Washburn is a Shareholder at Clyde Snow.
