Paul Atkins is chief executive of Patomak Global Partners, LLC, and he also serves as an independent director and non-executive chairman of the board of BATS Global Markets, Inc. From July 2002 to August 2008, Mr. Atkins served as a commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research and is a trustee of the American Council on Germany. His writings include articles in the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times and “Evaluating the Mission: A Critical Review of the History and Evolution of the SEC Enforcement Program,” published in the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.

Kathleen Casey is senior advisor at Patomak Global Partners, LLC. Ms. Casey completed her five-year term as a Commissioner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2011. Currently, Ms. Casey serves as a member and Non-Executive Chairman of the Council of the Alternative Investment Management Association. Ms. Casey is also a member of the Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University, the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Advisory Council.
