Join us for the third in a series of National Constitution Center debates with the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society. Participants will debate the constitutionality of the National Security Agency's mass phone data collection at the University Club on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Professor Deborah Pearlstein will argue in favor of the resolution. The Honorable Michael B. Mukasey will argue against the resolution. Jeffrey Rosen, President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Constitution Center, will moderate the program.

Please be advised of The University Club’s dress code which is in effect at all times. Male members and guests are required to wear jackets, dress shirts and ties. Female members and guests are required to wear clothing meeting similar standards: tailored clothing that otherwise conforms to this rule including suits, dresses and skirts or tailored trousers with dress shirts, blouses or sweaters. Jeans, shorts, capris, sneakers, flip flops and other such casual sportswear are not considered appropriate attire.
