Connecticut Paid Family Medical Leave – A Discussion

In the last legislative session, Governor Lamont signed into law an updated version of the Family and Medical Leave Act requiring employers to provide employees with paid, job-protected leave for family and health-related reasons. Our panelists will discuss the impact of the PFML and legal and policy arguments either in support, or in opposition.
