Several private parties and state attorneys general have brought a constitutional challenge to parts of the Dodd-Frank Act, which enacted sweeping financial regulatory reforms. Adam White, one of the attorneys representing the private plaintiffs challenging the Dodd-Frank Act will provide an update on the litigation and the fascinating constitutional issues involved in the case. Adam is currently Counsel at Boyd Gray & Associates, where his practice include complex constitutional and regulatory litigation. He is an Iowa native, graduating from the University of Iowa and Harvard Law School. Following law school he clerked for Judge David Sentelle on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and practiced for several years with Baker Botts LLP. In addition to his practice, he regularly writes for the Weekly Standard, the Wall Street Journal, National Affairs, and other publications.
