Please join Elizabeth Kirk and the Kansas City Lawyers Chapter for a discussion on the family and natural rights in contemporary American legal culture. Kirk is an Assistant Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Center for Law and the Human Person at the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. Her scholarship focuses on law and the family, including issues such as parental rights, reproductive technologies, abortion jurisprudence, child welfare, and adoption.
