Please join the Minnesota Lawyers chapter for a lecture by Roger Severino. Mr. Severino will address legal and policy matters relating to cases about life, family, and religious freedom. He will address recent Supreme Court cases regarding these topics, forecasting what we might expect from the Court and lower courts pending the outcome of the election. Mr. Severino will also speak to the administrative state, and how each administration will leverage that authority, again, pending the election.
