Carson v. Makin and the Future of School Choice

Join us for a discussion on the future of school choice with the Institute for Justice's Michael Bindas and Duke Law Professor Jane Wettach. Mr. Bindas was lead counsel for IJ in Carson v. Makin and argued the case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Professor Wettach is a clinical professor, directs the Children's Law Clinic, and teaches Education law at Duke Law School.
