Commissioner Taylor, a partner in the law firm of Troutman Sanders in Richmond, will speak on the Commission's investigation of the Obama Administration's handling of the New Black Panther Party case and the dismissal of federal voter intimidation charges against Panther defendants.

Commissioner Taylor will discuss the background and development of the case, the current status of the proceeding, the potential for separate Congressional investigations, and also what this case means for voting rights and the rule of law.

 

There will be a $10.00 charge at the door for lunch, comprised of a sandwich platter with an assortment of choices, chips and dessert. Drinks will also be provided.
