From a legal perspective, this means advancing laws and defending constitutional rights that protect parental choice, limit bureaucratic overreach, and ensure public funds serve students rather than institutions. At the Texas Public Policy Foundation, we believe that education freedom is about using sound law and policy to restore opportunity, equity, and competition in Texas education.
