Are property rights best understood as legal rights that are based upon inalienable natural rights, or are they best understood as legal rights that are simply created in the first instance by the state? What does the answer to this question tell us about the proper role of government in the regulation of property rights? Join us and our distinguished panel for a spirited debate on these important questions.
There will be a $10.00 charge collected at the door for a sandwich boxed lunch and bottled water will be provided.
