Judge Rudofsky currently serves on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Appointed in 2019, he has a wealth of experience in both public service and private practice. Prior to his judicial appointment, Judge Rudofsky served as the Solicitor General of Arkansas, where he represented the state in significant legal matters before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. His extensive background also includes roles as Deputy General Counsel for the Mitt Romney presidential campaign and as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
