2024 Iowa Supreme Court Term Review feat. Michael Boal

Iowa Lawyers Chapter

Join us for a discussion and analysis of the Iowa Supreme Court’s latest term, with a twist. In addition to a substantive rundown of the Court’s most noteworthy decisions, join us for a data-driven analysis of the term, which will identify trends in the Iowa judiciary such as voting alignments, case management, and district court scorecards. The program will be led by Michael Boal of the Belin McCormick law firm. Mr. Boal has practiced with Belin McCormick since 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Governor Kim Reynolds, serving most recently as Senior Legal Counsel and initially as deputy counsel. Mr. Boal has also served as a law clerk for eight state district court judges in central Iowa and for the Honorable Edward Mansfield of the Iowa Supreme Court.
