Kevin Newsom is the former Solicitor General of the State of Alabama as well as a former U.S. Supreme Court law clerk. He has argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court. He is a 1994 summa cum laude graduate of Samford University (B.A.) and a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review. Kevin is a member of the American Law Institute and has commented on legal issues for Fox News Channel, C-SPAN, National Public Radio, Time Magazine, USA Today, Forbes Magazine, and ABA Journal. Kevin resides in Birmingham and is the chair of Bradley Arant's Appellate Litigation Group.
