Victoria Anne Cuneo Powell

Associate, Jones Day

Victoria Powell focuses her practice on appellate and complex trial litigation. Her litigation experience includes products liability law, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and regulatory litigation against government entities. She has been a member of products liability trial teams and has argued cases in state appellate courts.

Before joining Jones Day, Victoria served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Georgia Solicitor General's Office, where she represented the state in high-stakes appeals and multistate litigation. This included a landmark sovereign immunity case before the Georgia Supreme Court (Lathrop v.
