Rachel Daley is an associate at Consovoy McCarthy PLLC. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to Judge Amul R. Thapar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She earned her B.A. from Rice University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. At UVA, she served as president of the Federalist Society and led the chapter to win the James Madison Award for Chapter of the Year.
