Elena Crosby is an executive with over 15 years of compliance, corporate governance and government relations experience working for publicly-held and private corporations. She is currently with the Office of US Senator Marco Rubio serving as Deputy State Director for Constituent Services, based in Orlando, Florida. Previously, she spent 5 years working in the Florida Hospital legal department, handling various aspects of healthcare law, including Stark law, Anti-kickback Statute and FDA. Prior to Florida Hospital, she served as Corporate Secretary and Director of Legal and Government Affairs for Digital Fusion, Inc., a publicly-held information technology firm providing services to government and commercials customers, where she oversaw their corporate governance and public policy efforts. She spent the summers of 2012 and 2013 as a law clerk in the US Senate in Washington, D.C. handling issues such as foreign policy and immigration reform. From 1992 to 1993, she served as a Republican Miami-Dade County Executive Committeewoman for District 34. She has a juris doctorate from the Barry University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in legal studies. Born in NYC to a Cuban immigrant, Elena grew up in Miami and currently resides in Orlando with her husband and two daughters.
