David Upham is of counsel at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., and is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
David is currently associate professor of Politics at the University of Dallas, where he regularly teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in constitutional law, administrative law, and American political thought. He has researched and published extensively in the field of constitutional history, and the history of the Fourteenth Amendment in particular.
