Running Time: 00:00:00

Andrew McBrideOn October 11, 2011 the Supreme Court heard oral argument in CompuCredit v. Greenwood.  This case involves the Credit Repair Organizations Act, or CROA, which states that consumers may sue credit repair organizations that violate the Act.  At issue is whether a credit repair company that is being sued by former customers under CROA can nevertheless force those customers to arbitrate their claims.

To discuss the case, we have Andrew McBride, who is a Partner at Wiley Rein, LLP.
