On April 25, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the Wisconsin Right to Life v. the Federal Election Commission case. The case is an as-applied constitutional challenge to the federal prohibition on the use of corporate treasury funds to finance "electioneering communications" under the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act. Legal experts James Bopp, Jr. and Donald J. Simon offer their thoughts on this case.
