On June 25, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered its decision on the Federal Election Commission v. Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc. case. The case involved a constitutional challenge to the federal prohibition on the use of corporate treasury funds to finance "electioneering communications" under the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act. Attorney Donald J. Simon of Sonosky, Chambers, Sachse, Endreson & Perry, LLP, offers his analysis on the recent decision.
