On February 20, 2013 the Supreme Court heard oral argument in McBurney v.Young.  The question in the case is whether, under the Privileges and Immunities Clause of Article IV and the dormant Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution, a state may preclude citizens of other states from enjoying the same right of access to public records that the state affords its own citizens.

To discuss the case, we have Christopher Green, who is a professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law  and currently visiting at the University of San Diego School of Law.
