This year, we are excited to host the Thirteenth Annual Executive Branch Review Conference on Wednesday, May 6, 2025, at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. The programming at EBRXIII is centered on Theories of Presidential Power. The Conference includes four plenary panels, a roundtable on nationwide injunctions moderated by Judge Lawrence VanDyke, and a Closing Address by Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice.
