The third and final day of this year’s National Lawyers Convention will start with a Showcase Panel entitled “Sex, Gender, and the Law.” An afternoon Showcase Panel will discuss the post-SFFA legal landscape on race. The day will also feature a panel on originalism and the Second Amendment moderated by Judge Amul Thapar. The Annual Rosenkranz Debate will be about whether Congress can ban TikTok, with Eugene Volokh moderating the debate between Miguel Estrada and Patrick Philbin. The Convention will conclude with the Hon. Robert H. Bork Memorial Lecture, delivered this year by Professor Stephen Sachs.
