The second day of the National Lawyers Convention will feature a Showcase Panel on how tribalism and polarization have been affected by the law and what steps are appropriate for the legal profession to take on these issues. Other panels for the day will cover topics such as the future of administrative law, free speech on campus, the role of international courts, and the future of antitrust. The day will conclude with our annual Barbara K. Olson Memorial Lecture, which will be delivered by Professor Jonathan Turley.
