Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy has announced he would sign an executive order prohibiting those on the federal terrorism watch list from purchasing guns in the state. A similar federal effort was defeated last week amid criticisms that the prohibition would violate the due process rights of those on the list. Read more at The New York Times.
